The inn combines family tradition with modernity and hospitality with personality. As one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with its own family-owned butcher's shop, the motto "meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived out every day. The 35 hotel rooms are modern and furnished to a high standard and the photo wallpaper with pictures from the family chronicle make each room unique. In addition, the hotel is the first bike hotel in northwestern Switzerland and is certified with the ibex fairstay platinum sustainability label.

Our inn combines family tradition with modernity and hospitality with personality. We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with our own family-owned butcher's shop. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is our guiding principle and is lived every day.
