비경이 펼쳐지는 알불라(Albula) 계곡에 위치한 곳으로 호텔과 아파트의 독특한 조합으로 이루어진 웰빙 호텔이다. 2002년, 이곳의 손님이 공공 유한 회사로 구입한 이래 점진적인 리노베이션을 진행했다. 2009년부터 마야(Maya)와 크리스토퍼 슈타이너(Christof Steiner) 등 새로운 경영체재로 운영되고 있다. 넓은 구조로 되어있으며, 가족 친화적인 분위기다. 창의적인 레스토랑 “La Peida”도 보유하고 있다.

Authentic Art Nouveau building with impressive historical substance, "Historic Hotel of the Year 2012". A unique blend of holiday apartments and hotel business. Impressive Art Nouveau ballroom, restored public rooms (foyer, restaurant, library, old kitchen, old cinema). Small à la carte restaurant with "alpine cuisine with a view over the horizon". Great setting for events of all kinds (e.g. weddings, birthdays). Very family-friendly. Exciting cultural programme during the high season. New SPA pool with hot and cold water pools (outdoor), sauna, relaxation and yoga pavilion.
The Kurhaus is situated in the picturesque village Bergün on an altitude of 1400 metres, at the foot of the Albula pass and in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage landscape with its breathtaking railway, in the middle of Grisons. Bergün authentic and real, among an intact nature - may be small, but there are lots of things to see and do, the whole year round! Bergün is well connected to the public transport and the road to Bergün is open year-round. The train takes from Basel and Berne about 4 hours, from Zurich about 2.5 hours. There is a direct line from Chur to Bergün by the Rhaetian Railway every hour. Marvellous panoramic views and a spectacular journey over bridges and through numerous tunnels are the ingredients to a memorable ride on the UNESCO-world heritage train. The Kurhaus itself is in a 7-minute walking distance from the train station.

일반 예약 조건	If you would like to eat in the restautant, we recommend a table reservation due to the limited capacity of the restaurant. In exceptional cases, closing days or closed companies are possible. For our KurBad we also suggest a reservation for a 2-hour-time-slot as the number of participants is limited. Library, free WiFi throughout the house, cultural and cinema program, games room with billiards, table tennis, table football. Playground, Kneipp, KurBad spa area, tennis and boccia in summer.
