In the ‘La Table du Palafitte’ restaurant, the Chef awaits you to show you his generous and elegant cuisine, brilliantly oscillating between French gastronomy and Asian fantasy, while allowing himself to be inspired by the treasures of the Neuchâtel terroir. By day or night, the sky merges with the waters of Lake Neuchâtel, and the falling light creates a unique atmosphere in the dining room or on the terrace.
