Classic city tours
The most popular tour is the old town tour. It relates the entire history of the Zähringer town. Other guided tours on the names of houses, women’s stories, or the Habsburgs, also bear witness to Rheinfelden’s diverse past. Modern topics such as the energy city or a guided tour based on the 2016 Wakker city award are also on the programme.
Scenic city tours
Accompany the night watchman on his rounds or follow the last executioner, Theodor Mengis, into the Middle Ages - on the scenic city tours the guides slip into different roles and play historical personages. Culinary city tours
As home to the Feldschlösschen brewery, Rheinfelden is naturally a beer town. The largest beverage supplier in Switzerland is housed in a beautiful castle.
