Valsana Hotel Arosa - sustainable, modern & chic
There is a relaxed and sporty atmosphere at the Valsana Hotel Arosa. In an informal and stylish ambience, the focus is on conscious enjoyment. Surrounded by the untouched landscape of the Grisons mountains and always taking the environment into account, the four-star hotel is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of the everyday routine at home.
In one of Switzerland’s most sustainable hotels (Green Globe certified) with a completely carbon-neutral building infrastructure, there are a number of things that contribute to minimising the impact on the environment: from the self-sufficient energy concept to the targeted reduction of drinking water consumption, the charging stations for electric vehicles and the conscious purchasing of food to the ecological spa products.
The modern chalet-style design cleverly combines wood, stone and glass. The oak floors and selected pieces of furniture provide natural, rustic warmth in the 40 rooms and junior suites as well as in the 9 apartments. All rooms have a spacious balcony with a unique view of the Alpine mountain landscape and 100% natural Elky beds. The apartments without additional services can also be booked outside the hotel season.
In the centrepiece of Valsana, the Restaurant Twist, the lobby, lounge, restaurant and bar merge seamlessly into one another. A place of authentic encounters for guests and locals who appreciate healthy cuisine and are looking for a contemporary nutritional concept. This 4-star establishment opened in December 2017 and is a superlative bike hotel in the varied touring region of Arosa Lenzerheide. “Bike in House” facilities, sports shop, workshop, guided tours, advice, packed lunches, overnight laundry service, luggage transport, battery charging point.
