It is in close vicinity to the train station, making it the ideal base for exploring the Pays-d’Enhaut and the Gstaad and Saanenland regions. In addition to the bistro with its chic ambience, the gourmet restaurant run by Meilleur Ouvrier de France and chef Benoît Carcenat offers a five, seven or nine-course menu.
