Typically Swiss Hotel

The Lötschental with the famous Lötschen Gap is one of the most unspoiled High Alpine valleys there is. The romantically rugged mountain scenery here is home to an abundance of flora and fauna, making it an inviting place to go hiking, or even just to be. The Hotel Nest- und Bieschhorn at the foot of the Bietschhorn has a tradition dating back to the early days of alpinism. It even has its own history trail where guests can learn all about the history of one of the oldest hotels in the Upper Valais.

Snow Sports Hotel

Winter Wonderland in Lötschental: In one of the most snow-sure valleys in Switzerland lies the family-run hotel from 1868. Just six minutes to the valley station of the gondola to Lauchernalp, offering 50 kilometers of ski slopes and part of the Magic Pass. Cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, toboggan runs, and free snowshoe rental at the hotel. After a day in the snow, relax by the open fireplace, visit the sauna, or enjoy exquisite culinary delights. The restaurant has been awarded 15 Gault&Millau points, and there's fondue under the starry sky in the NeBi Igloo.
