Intro
Valascia is an ice hockey rink located in Ambrì in the municipality of Quinto, Leventina.
Valalscia’s local ice hockey team is Ambrì-Piotta, which plays in the Swiss ice hockey championships. Valascia can hold up to 7,000 people (2,000 seated, 5,000 standing). The rink is located at around 1,000m above sea level and has a large south curve, which is reserved for fans of the local club. There are currently plans for a new stadium separate from the current one.
