Grisons cheese with horns
Overview
Martin Bienerth and Maria Meyer pay the farmers more for the milk that comes from cows with horns. Why? They talk to the visitors about that when they tour the Alpine dairy Andeer. In addition to handing out samples to taste, they also explain their visions about agriculture in harmony with nature.
