Intro

The greenhouses of this former nursery were once used to grow lettuces, vegetables and flowers; today, the unconventional rooms are the perfect setting for Simon Apothéloz's delicious cuisine. Every evening the chef prepares a nine-course dinner from which guests can order as many dishes as they like.
