Follow a charming hiking trail for one hour from Bever through a snow-covered larch forest to the rustic guesthouse in the Engadine Val Bever valley. Once a mundane destination, the Gasthaus Spinas is today an insider tip for gourmets and active families who like to build their appetite.

Our kitchen team under accomplished chef Uwe Schmidt serves regional, international, sustainable and creative cuisine - Artisan Gastronomy.

We are a rustic mountain hut with smaller rooms and camps. The hut is located remotely at the end of the Val Bever, and is accessible only on foot and in winter by touring skis. For dinner there is half board for all guests.

Our chef and his team will spoil you daily with regional and seasonal products, fresh and handmade, prepared for you with great attention to detail.
