Intro

Öffentliche Führung: Starke Frauen vor und hinter den Klostermauern.

Das Kloster Königsfelden war fest in Frauenhand: 1309 von Königin Elisabeth gegründet, führte deren Tochter Agnes den Konvent zur Blüte. Die Klarissen gedachten in der Klosterkirche der verstorbenen Habsburger.

Anders als die Nonnen damals dürfen Besucherinnen und Besucher den Chor betreten und die Glasfenster betrachten. Dabei erfahren sie mehr über die dargestellten Frauen.
