Guests at this top hotel with its stunning views are taken directly to the Arosa skiing and hiking area aboard the hotel's own Tschuggen-Express (ski-in & ski-out). The 130 rooms and suites were designed by Carlo Rampazzi, while star architect Mario Botta created the hotel's 5,000m2 wellness complex. The hotel also includes a kindergarten, 5 restaurants and a sports shop. Member of The Leading Hotels in the World amongst others.
High above everyday life, 1,800 metres above sea level, there is a haven situated directly in the skiing and hiking area of Arosa that is the perfect place for relaxation and conscious enjoyment. The 128 rooms and suites of the five-star establishment offer a cosy residential experience with a unique view of the Arosa mountains. The interior design, as colourful as it is surprising, was created by renowned interior designer Carlo Rampazzi.

If you need to postpone or cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before you arrive during the winter season. We will then charge 100% of the total booked price. This also applies to no-shows and delayed arrivals or early departures.
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before you arrive during the summer season. We will then charge 100% of the total booked price. This also applies to no-shows and delayed arrivals or early departures.
A special cancellation policy applies over the festive period.
Tschuggen Suite: Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is due at the time of booking. No-shows, delayed arrivals and early departures will be charged at 100% of the price of the special.

Everyone is a VIP on the Tschuggen Express, a private gondola which takes guests directly to the Arosa Lenzerheide hiking and winter sports area (ski in/ski out) in less than four minutes. The Tschuggen Grand Hotel is the only hotel in Switzerland with its own mountain railway which features two modern panorama cabins for six people. The Arosa Lenzerheide offers a wide range of sporting activities (mountain biking, hiking, tennis, golf, skiing) and the hotel’s own sports shop has the appropriate equipment available for either sale or rent.
