Each room has its own distinctive design and has been furnished with natural and refined materials, chosen with great care to make guests feel wrapped in a magical and welcoming atmosphere. Add stunning views, whether it's overlooking the serene lake or our picturesque Mediterranean garden. We are part of Castello di Morcote Wine Estate. An organic estate that provides unique and immersive experiences for guests who appreciate the beauty of a working vineyard. Our restaurant La Sorgente offers a menu that emphasizes locally sourced ingredients. Wine pairings with our wines is the highlight of the dining experience.

As soon as you enter the villa, the warm furnishings create an oasis of calm. Each room has its own distinctive design and has been furnished with natural and fine materials. Guests are enchanted by the breathtaking view of the deep blue Lake Lugano or our picturesque Mediterranean garden.

We are part of the Castello di Morcote winery. An organic winery, crowned by a magnificent medieval castle, which welcomes guests who appreciate the beauty of a vineyard.
