Intro

In the summertime, the biggest attraction at the Wildhaus Reka holiday village is the circus. During the holidays, try being a predatory animal trainer, clown, ring card girl or assistant to the ringmaster:Wildhaus Reka holiday village from April to October.

Description

Do you know Toggenburg, the cosy region between the Alpstein and Churfirsten? During your hiking holiday, you will walk past alpine lakes to the heights of Gamserrugg and Chäserrugg. Discover foaming waterfalls and cosy resting places along the young Thur. Or you can pass the time in the indoor pool, playing billiards, table football and speed hockey, on the minigolf course or in one of the playgrounds. The Rekalino Club offers great programmes for all ages. You can also relax in the infrared sauna or with a relaxing foot reflexology massage. The 7 Toggenburg-style holiday homes are situated in a sunny, quiet location just above the village. All 57 flats (without lift) offer a magnificent view of the Churfirsten. The communal house has a large social area with lounge, fireplace and playroom for children.

Family Hotels

There is a real circus tent in front of the community house along with a genuine circus wagon with a whole lot of props. Every day there is juggling, balancing, music and magic. All day Thursday is rehearsal time for the big show. In the evening it’s time to clear the ring for the circus kids and for mum and dad to drop by and watch the show.

Baby care weeks are offered in May, June and September. We’ll take care of baby for 3 hours a day every day from Monday to Friday so that mum and dad can enjoy a few hours on their own. The Reka holiday village also provides cots, changing mats, bed rails, high chairs, strollers and baby carriers free of charge. We even have bicycles with child trailers.

Each of the 12 Reka holiday villages in Switzerland has an indoor or outdoor swimming pool, an on-site host, the Rekalino family programme with childcare and a free loan service for baby items.
