Summer season from 01.05. - 30.11.
Cancellations up to 7 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations that take place later or arrival that do not take place at all will be charged with the full price of all overnight stays. The same conditions apply to shortening your stay. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking - a deposit of 100% of the total amount is due 7 days before the date of arrival.
Winter season from 01.12. - 30.04.
Cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations that take place later or arrival that do not take place at all will be charged with the full price of all overnight stays. The same conditions apply to shortening your stay. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking - a deposit of 100% of the total amount is due 21 days before the date of arrival.
