A holiday oasis directly by the River Inn: Almost 400 years old, the walls of the Chesa Rosatsch Hotel enclose a paradise for connoisseurs. The hotel, also known as the “Home of Food”, has 36 rooms with plenty of Engadin charm, three innovative restaurants and a garden terrace directly by the River Inn. The most recent welcome addition to the house is the “Die Hühnerei” restaurant, which opened in December 2019. The hotel enjoys a quiet location just three kilometres from St. Moritz, one kilometre from the Corviglia mountain railway and 250 metres from the cross-country skiing trails.

Description

The mountains, the quietness, the food, and the people – everyone who stays with us, takes along many beautiful memories. There is one which our guests particularly like: The ever present fragrance of mountain pine wood, so typical for the traditional Engadine houses. Our three restaurants, located right on bank of the Inn river, ensure a culinary experience. The Uondas – our Engadina Steakhouse - is famous for its home matured “Madüra beef”, the “Flammkuchen”, delicious burgers and seasonal salads. The Hühnerei is our urban version, newly opened in December 2019 and known for its specialties made out of chicken and egg prepared in various styles. The Heimatli is our third restaurant and stands for traditional swiss cuisine and the pleasant atmosphere.

Guests in the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch will therefore experience a unique, genuine Engadine holiday atmosphere.

Snow Sports Hotel

Nicknamed the “Home of Food”, this is a winter sports hotel for true connoisseurs. Three top-class gastronomic concepts are available to choose from. It’s said that you can find the best burgers and the best pizokel in the Engadin here, and all under one roof. And once you’ve sated your appetite, it’s off to the cross-country ski trail, which can be found right by the hotel, or to the nearby Corviglia-Marguns ski area. Or you can simply sit back and relax on the sun terrace by the River Inn, while taking in the beauty of the Engadin.
