Intro

The Guarda Val is a unique Maiensäss hotel (on the lower Alpine pastures) comprised of 11 huts and barns that are up to 300 years old. Located in the hamlet of Sporz (1600 m above sea level) above Lenzerheide, it combines the charm of organic Graubünden Alpine tradition with luxury, indulgence and personal service. Chef Adrian Bürki (16 Gault Millau points and 1 Michelin star) and his team cook mainly seasonal, regional products.

Description

In fifty different snuggeries and rooms, some with fire-place, some with view to the stars, you are enjoying natural luxury with all amenities like mini-bar, Sat-TV, radio, telephone and room safe. In classy ambience of the centuries old Maiensäss the executive Chef Paul Berberich and his team is going to spoil you with viands from all over the world in the Gourmet Restaurant Guarda Val. Brandnew: the Sporzer Bar with fire place, gambling room and vista-room. The relaxed restaurant-terrace offers you a fantastic view down the valley “Albulla”. At the restaurant Crap Naros you can experience typical grisons specialities like Fondue or Raclette. Relax in our Wellness Area „Guarda – Vita“, with sauna, hay-couch, fitness room and special wellness treatments.
The Maiensässhotel Guarda Val counts 11 houses which are partly about 300 years old. About 1.600 meter above Sea level it is combining the fascination of the roug.
