Description

Spending the night at Martigny Youth Hostel is like stepping back in time – the historic house dates back to 1645. Thanks to the generous support of patron Léonard Gianadda and the city of Martigny, this project became a reality.

Discover the charming alleys where scenes from the movie "Tschugger" were filmed and enjoy the proximity to the trendy places of Verbier and Chamonix. Your visit to Martigny wouldn't be complete without a trip to the internationally renowned Fondation Gianadda. Here you will find art collections, archaeological exhibitions, a vintage car park, one of the five most beautiful sculpture parks in Europe and concerts. Barryland is also very close by – here you can learn all about the Swiss national dog, the St. Bernard. Outdoor enthusiasts will get their money's worth with fantastic biking and hiking trails as well as the famous thermal springs. Come by and experience it for yourself!
