The Resort Hof Weissbad with the 4-star superior hotel "Hotel Hof Weissbad" and the 3-star hotel "Hotel Weissbad Lodge" rests at the foot of the Alpstein and is entirely in the service of well-being, Appenzell traditions, health and relaxation.

Relax in our modern wellness area, the bathing and sauna house with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, Kneipp basin and various relaxation rooms. From everywhere they have a clear view of nature. The large sunbathing terrace with the unique view of the "Glandenstein" place of power invites you to linger and sunbathe. On the ground floor is the heated outdoor pool with 35°C warm water, a pleasant bubble bath and a refreshing natural swimming pool as well as an indoor and outdoor pool with its own spring water (33°C). You can also enjoy a soothing massage or cosmetic treatment that will pamper you all around.

Our kitchen team will spoil you daily with Käthi Fässler (16 Gault Millau). She and her team incorporate classic Appenzell specialities with regional products into an exciting gourmet cuisine. The gourmet menu is a must for every visit.
