This family-owned business, which produces some of the best wines in Switzerland, was a pioneer in the organic management of vineyards and now also applies biodynamic methods. You will be guided by professionals through the fascinating discovery of the estate's wines, following a journey from the vineyard to the bottle. During the tour of the winery, you will learn about our vision of winemaking, the details of organic grape cultivation, and the technical and quality aspects of the work in the cellar. The tour concludes with a tasting of 6 wines that express the unique characteristics of the Morcote and Mendrisiotto terroir.
