High above the Aletsch Glacier, the focal point of the Unesco World Heritage - Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch, you will find the Bettmerhorn's world of ice.
The fascinating history of the Aletsch Glacier, at 23 km the longest of the Alps, is presented in a multi-media show. On the Ice Terrace, which affords breathtaking vistas, you will receive interesting background information on the Aletsch Glacier.
The show is free for the whole family and the exhibit is open all year round. The Bettmeralp gondola goes up to Bettmerhorn and operates from mid-June to mid-October when the Ice Terrace is also open.
