Served from noon onwards, for the summer season, a gourmet brasserie-inspired menu featuring heirloom tomato carpaccio and burrata, beef tartare, coquelet en crapaudine, Frères Ledermann cabbage sausage and, what has become one of the place’s specialties, the little Malakoffs.
