In our "Dorfbeiz" you will find popular Swiss dishes, a large selection of beers and - so it is rumored - the best pizokels in the whole Engadin on the menu.

Which came first: chicken or egg? The one that was ordered first, we say from the chicken egg. Also known as the place where crazy and fried chicken comes to a table.

Directly on the banks of the Inn, creations such as the home-aged Engadin madürà meat from the lava stone grill, tarte flambée from the wood-burning oven provide.

Imaginative, yet down-to-earth are the dishes of our chef Christian Jurczyk. Carefully prepared from market-fresh products and served in our idyllic Engadin Stube.
