Beim Besuch des MAHF hatte die japanische Künstlerin Chiharu Shiota

das Gefühl, durch eine Sammlung von Erinnerungen zu wandern, eine Präsentation des gewöhnlichen Lebens und der menschlichen Beziehungen.

Weltweit bekannt für ihre monumentalen Installationen, symbolisiert der von ihr verwendete rote Faden die Verbindung zwischen den Menschen. In der Ausstellung verblasst das Licht eines Kronleuchters wie ein Atemzug. Beim Durchqueren der Installation fühlen sich Besucherinnen und Besucher als Teil davon. Da das Museum voller Geschichte und Erinnerung ist, weckt die Künstlerin in uns einen Gedanken, vergessene Momente.
