Boutique & Design Hotel

The 150-year chalet hotel was creatively renovated by the new management couple. Stone, wood, glass, gold and an 18-metre-high ice waterfall lighting fixture hark back to a time when ice was still being recovered here. There are 28 Alpine retreats: dark blue walls, brightly coloured velvet chairs and fine wooden floors make for contemporary design in a cosy yet high-tech environment. Rituals cosmetics. The spa affords views of the Eiger and a heated steel whirlpool under open skies. Enjoy free aperitifs in the lounge each afternoon.
