The Halen Estate is embedded into the landscape and fascinates due to its compact structure and modern and diverse interior.
The Atelier 5 architectural firm with its five young architects designed the (now listed) Halen Estate at the end of the 1950’s. Construction took 4 years.
With its strong, distinctive arrangement and composition, the Halen Estate attests to the confrontation between both location and the will to create a habitat for diverse people that provides a variety of meeting places as well as pull-back opportunities in the private indoor and outdoor areas.
