  • Culinary hiking experience with the Treno Gottardo

    Operated by the Südostbahn railway company, the modern Treno Gottardo travels from Zurich, Basel, Lucerne or Locarno to Andermatt. From there, you will take the Gütsch-Express to the middle station, where you can enjoy coffee and croissants at the Matti family restaurant. Afterwards, you will continue on towards Gütsch by gondola and then hike to the Schneehüenerstock, passing the breathtaking Lutersee mountain lake on the way.

  • Gütsch-Express

    The Gütsch-Express, which was opened in 2017, takes just eight minutes to reach its destination. The monocable circulating ropeway not only offers picturesque views but is also able to transport 2,400 people per hour from Andermatt to the Gütsch.
