Right on Lake Thun, 12km from Interlaken and Thun. Most of the rooms and suites on the south side have a wonderful view of the lake and the Bernese Alps. Description

At 277 metres, the lakeside wellness hotel in the palm village of Merligen offers the longest lake approach in Switzerland and is located in a 12,000 m² hotel park with 100-year-old beech trees. Here you will find peace and strength at any time of the year and experience unforgettable holidays.

The Alpine-Mediterranean gastronomy spoils you with culinary highlights every day. The 2,000 m² wellness oasis leaves nothing to be desired: outdoor saltwater pool (35°C), indoor sports pool (29°C), seven different saunas and steam baths, relaxation room with waterbeds and the Vitalità area with numerous massages and beauty treatments. An extensive indoor and outdoor programme with experienced guides (Mon-Fri), e-bikes, city bikes (some for a fee) and numerous water sports equipment in summer are available.

The hotel has 71 stylishly furnished rooms and suites and has once again been named the most popular wellness hotel on Holiday Check.

Swiss Bike Hotel

The renowned Lake Thun Loop, one of countless routes in this magnificent bike region, starts just outside of the hotel. Bicycles, gravel bikes, e-bikes and e-mountain bikes available to borrow. Lockable bike room, workshop, air compressor and new bike stand. Wide range of fun bathing opportunities: private beach, indoor sports pool, salt water pool, wellness area. Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine for culinary variety. Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Not far from the pier, ideal for tours on the other side of the lake.

Modern 2,000m2 wellness oasis with a clear view of the lake for perfect relaxation and recreation: outdoor salt water pool (35°C), indoor swimming pool (29°C), sauna landscape (seven saunas), supervised sports and hiking programme, beauty oasis, cardio cross fitness training, bathing area, Rasul bath, massages, Alpienne. Private sandy beach with direct access to the lake. Luxurious ambience, modern rooms with lake views.
