Overview

Storks were once almost extinct, but the migratory birds have recovered. Pioneers, such as the stork centre in Altreu, where 30 pairs of storks are raising their young every year, have helped a great deal. Guests visiting the stork village learn how they can contribute to the wellbeing of the birds.
