The walk along the Toggenburg Story Trail (3 to 5 hours) is both exciting and varied and takes you through adventurous sagas, mythical legends and fantastic stories from the Toggenburg. Starting from the Selamatt the three to five-hour walk takes you past 10 stops along a mountain path offering magnificent views across the alpine terrace against the backdrop of the seven Churfirsten to the pre-historic "Wildensmannlisloch" cave and back to the starting point via another route. At every stop 2.3m high painted wooden boards depict characters or situations from a story.
