The Aletsch ski region (Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiescheralp) offers a unique setting for skiing, snowboarding and winter walking: Swiss Alps protected by UNESCO as part of our World Heritage.
With direct access to the pistes from the small and cosy wooden houses, your fun-filled day starts right at your door, whilst the glistening slopes and great après-ski ensure unforgettable holidays!

Winter sports

The extensive winter sports areas of the Aletsch holiday region will more than fulfil your expectations! On the edge of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest ice-flow in the Alps, snow and adventure await you side by side. 35 lifts connect 99 km of pistes, whilst snowboarding fans want to see and be seen in the excellently prepared boarder parks. Have we mentioned our extensive network of well-prepared winter walking and cross-country trails? Or try your hand at snowshoeing and discover the Aletsch winter paradise at an even more leisurely pace.

Dive in and relax

After the action, relax in the “Ancient Sea of the Alps”. Treat yourself in the saline spa in Breiten ob Mörel, where the waters are enriched with natural and pure salt from the ancient sea which 250 million years ago covered the area of Switzerland as it is today. Or take time to sample the wonderful specialities of the many cosy restaurants – how about a tasty raclette or fondue washed down by a glass of the region’s fine white wine?

Children

Children and families are all winners with us! We aim to keep our smaller guests well and truly entertained. In the care of our professional and qualified staff, your children will get to know our fun mascot Snowli and to discover Planet Snow with its many fun activities.
