The eroding power of water and ice created this impressive natural amphitheatre, which is a kilometre (over 3,000 feet) wide.
Location:
Between Neuchâtel and Pontarlier (F)
How to get there:
On foot: from Noiraigue (on the 14 contour path or on the Single path) to Robert Farm.
By car: from Couvet (Val de Travers) or St. Aubin - Provence (Neuchatel coastal road) to the Soliat Farm (near the rock cirque).
